Santa hard at work (with help from a giant elf)!!

Nick (Santa) and our sweet neighbor Michael (the giant elf) are putting the kids "big gift" together tonight so they won't have to do it in the freezing cold tomorrow night! I just hope we can keep the kids out of the back yard one more day!!! COME ON SNOW!!!!

Family Camping Trip to Cooper Lake Continued!

We went to Fair Park today to see the closing ceremonies of the Susan G. Komen three day walk. We are so proud of Cheryl and Ally! The past three days have not only been a test of mental and physical stamina, but a journey of the heart. I know that every step was in memory of Cheryl's mom and her fight against this disease. We love you Cheryl and Ally!

My mom, Cathy and Aunt Krissy joined us this year in our Trick or Treating endeavor! The kids had a great time running from house to house, and we ended the evening dumping the candy out at Aunt Maria's house to check out the haul! Katy's butterfly costume was a hit, especially when she would stop to show people how she could flap her wings! Jackson somehow decided his costume was a Halo character, and Megan was the cutest Fairy ever!
